Co-owner/HR Consultant

Nancy is an accomplished Human Resources executive who specializes in employee relations, benefits management, company culture development, and compliance. She has a keen talent for connecting with diverse professional groups, and is able to build trusting relationships, inspire teams, and translate company needs into creative personnel solutions.

Nancy has worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, and her experience enables her to be highly effective regardless of the size of your business. Her industry experience includes medical device, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, advertising agencies and other creative firms.

In her free time Nancy will be at the lake, on bike trails and time with her grandson!

Nancy Miller has successfully worked with small businesses, financial institutions, non-profit, corrections and government organizations. Her skillset and insight allow her to work with employers to develop their leaders and strengthen employee performance. Working with companies to establish a cost-effective staffing structure and to help streamline the organization, she strives for a positive experience for the business and its employees. Nancy has a keen eye for the bottom line and is strategic with compensation and compliance. Her strengths provide her with the ability to be adaptable to diverse environments and a variety of businesses.

Nancy has a B.S. in Business Administration and Communication and a M.A. in Human Resource Management. She has a certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)
